Sure Strike Charters is the Premier Lake Champlain fishing adventure. Our home port is Shelburne Shipyard which gives us easy access to some of the best fishing on Lake Champlain. With spectacular views of the Adirondack Mountains to the west and the Green Mountains to the east. You will enjoy fishing on a 28 1/2 foot Baha Sport fishermen or a 26 foot Baha Sport fishermen “reel” comfort. We usually fish for lake trout, landlock Atlantic salmon, Brown trout, Rainbow trout and Steelhead we can target other Species of fish too. Our 2 big boats goes in the water May,1st thru mid to late October. Our Casting and Jigging Boat Runs year round depending on Weather conditions  Book now for the best times they fill up quick.

We will be offering Ice Fishing adventures on Lake Champlain and some of the local ponds so if you would like to try some hard water fishing give me a call we supply all the gear and bait and shelters we will target almost anything you would like to fish for but our best Luck is usually Northern Pike and Yellow Perch it makes for an exciting day on the Lake .  please give me 1-802-324-2289 Captain Brian

We had a great day chasing lake trout on lake Champlain, with returning guests from last year! The first tip-up wasn’t in the water thirty seconds and the first one was on! The bite was steady for the first couple hours and tapered off as the morning went on. These guys were very prepared for the cold temperatures and we are greatful for that. It was a fun day ice fishing! Lake Champlain really put a smile on my six year old daughter’s face today. She saw this 9 lbs pike when she look down the ice fishing hole. From that point on all she could think and talk about was the pike. So we switched a line over from perch fishing to pike fishing. It didnt take long and boom he struck our line. We had him on three separate times before we finally landed it on 6# fishing line. The fishing on lake Champlain has been great so far this winter! We have been see a good mixed bag of fish! Walleye, lake trout, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, white perch and salmon have been making frequent appearances!!
