 We are open and doing Charters Now. We run a fleet of boats and have  availability most of the time. We Fish for Lake Trout , Salmon, Largemouth Bass , Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye, Yellow Perch , White Perch and a variety of other fresh water fish.

Charter Information

Sure Strike Charters is the Premier Lake Champlain fishing adventure. Our home port is Shelburne Shipyard which gives us easy access to some of the best fishing on Lake Champlain. With spectacular views of the Adirondack Mountains to the west and the Green Mountains to the east. You will enjoy fishing on a 28 1/2 foot Baha Sport fishermen or a 26 foot Baha Sport fishermen “reel” comfort. We usually fish for lake trout, landlock Atlantic salmon, Brown trout, Rainbow trout and Steelhead we can target other Species of fish too. Our 2 big boats goes in the water May,1st thru mid to late October. Our Casting and Jigging Boat Runs year round depending on Weather conditions  Book now for the best times they fill up quick.

We will be offering Ice Fishing adventures on Lake Champlain and some of the local ponds so if you would like to try some hard water fishing give me a call we supply all the gear and bait and shelters we will target almost anything you would like to fish for but our best Luck is usually Northern Pike and Yellow Perch it makes for an exciting day on the Lake .  please give me 1-802-324-2289 Captain Brian

Nice catch

OK, I'll admit, Brown Trout to me are not as obvious sometimes as others. Which of your photos are you calling a Brown vs a Salmon. They all look like the tail is forked (salmon) and I don't see any that carry the usually Brown Trout spotting.

Hope to get some lines wet next weekend. Boats all set. Launch out of Shulburn bay?
